Our newest addition is this beautiful, new, beach cottage "The Coastal Charm"
It features a gourmet kitchen, a spacious dining room, living room, floridian sun porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 fullbaths,washer,dryer,dishwasher,side by side refrigerator with icemaker & filtered water dispenser, central air conditioning, cable TV & HS internet access.
The bedrooms are all nicely furnished with a queen size bed in the Master with full bath, a queen size bed in the 2'nd bedroom and a double in the 3'rd. For additional guests we have a daybed with a trundle which will sleep an additional 2.
For your outdoor pleasure there is a deck with a huge pecan tree & BBQ in the back yard.
A private driveway will accommodate up to 3 cars.
Rates: Based on 6 person occupancy

Spring/Fall:$1495+ per wk plus taxes

For Reservations: A $700 deposit is required to be mailed to us within 3 days of booking or 5 days from Canada

Bedrooms #1 -2 double beds, #2- 1 queen,#3-1 dble. The living room has a queen sleeper for additional people.
A private driveway in back and also a BBQ & picnic area.
